Prisca Dorine Otipa
Prisca has more than 10 years of experience in Human Resource Management and Consultancy spanning from various organizations. Prior to her appointment on 28 th August, 2017 as the Chief Human Resource (Ag), she was the company’s Talent Manager since 2014. Previously, she worked at Crowe Horwath East Africa as an Associate Consultant – Human Capital Advisory and Kenya Accreditation Service (KENAS) as an assistant Director – Human Resources & Training.
She is well grounded in developing and implementing HR strategy, performance management and talent acquisition & maximization. As a HR management consultant, she played a key role in job evaluation consultancy services for the Office of Controller of Budgets and subsequent recruitment of their staff between 2010-2011.
Prisca is a holder of a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from Open University of Tanzania in collaboration with Institute of Human Resources management – Kenya (IHRM-K), a Bachelor of Business degree in Administration Human Resource option from Kenya Methodist University and a Diploma in Human Resource Management from University of Nairobi. She is a Full Member of Institute of Human Resource Management - Kenya (IHRM-K).
